1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds will only be considered under the following conditions:

You received a product that was damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
You notified us within 7 days of receiving the order, along with valid proof (clear photo/video).
The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

2. Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds for:

Opened, used, or partially consumed products.
Products returned without prior approval.
Delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control.
Items purchased during sales, promotions, or with discount codes (unless defective/damaged).

3. Refund Process

Once your claim is approved, we will notify you via email.
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
In case of failed payments or technical issues, alternative refund methods may be arranged.

4. Replacements

Where possible, we may offer a replacement product instead of a refund, especially in cases of damage or incorrect delivery.

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided they have not been shipped.
Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
